How much do I need to send to qualify?
Any top-up of 600 CUP or more qualifies. On our site, the 625 CUP amount is the cheapest qualifying option.
When does the promotion end?
The Cubacel promotion ends June 21, 2026 (Cuba time). Top up before the countdown ends to secure the bonus.
How does the recipient verify the bonus?
The Cubacel confirmation SMS may not display the bonus, but the phone receives it. Balance and bonuses can be checked free by dialing *222#.
Terms and conditions
  1. This promotion is carried out by Cubacel.
  2. This promotion is available from the 21st of June at 00:01 (Cuban time) until 23:59 (Cuban time).
  3. For each recharge of 600 CUP the Cubacel customer receives 10X main balance + unlimited internet (from 12:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m).
  4. The Main Balance will expire 330 days after the top-up date.
  5. Data will expire 30 days after the top-up date.
  6. With the main/principal balance recharged, the receiver can: make national and international calls, purchase mailbag, packages, data plans, minutes, and SMS, and they can make transfers and activate the Amigo plan.
  7. With the Main Balance you can also access the 3G Internet of Cubacel by activating the Consumer Rate (0.50CUP/MB for Internet and 0.25CUP/MB for Intranet).
  8. In the case of customers who have valid vouchers of (Minutes, SMS and Data), the effective date of these vouchers will be extended.
  9. When using the services of Cubacel, you first deduct the bonus and then the principal balance.
  10. If a customer recharges more than once during the promotional period, the main balance and the bonus balance will be accumulated.
  11. Main balance and bonus validity of the line can be checked through 222# at no cost for a Cubacel customer.

  16. The top-up amount indicated on the recharge confirmation ticket does not show the bonus, although the phone will receive the promotional balance and a confirmation SMS.
